    Transferring e-mails from Outlook 2007 to Windows Live Mail

    I am trying to transfer emails from Outlook 2007 which is in an old Windows XP PC to a new PC with Windows 8 which comes with Windows Live Mail on it but can't find a way to transfer the emails or do I really have to run Outlook on the Windows 8 PC as well ?
