PC won't switch off !
I had a problem with my PSU, removed it and put an old one in - fine, works nicely. Came to switch it off last night, began to walk out of the room and just like a horror movie, it switched back on again ! So went back and repeatedly tried to switch it off wioth same end result. I ended up pulling plug out of the multiplug "power centre" and it stopped then. Concerned, i plugged in again and tried to start up. NOTHING. Thought "Aw hell not another psu knackered" so went to bed. Woke about 4 this morning thinking about it (pathetic or what ?) went into my spare room/computer room and tried again. Lit first time and booted. Relieved, I shut it down. BUT it restarted again.
So - any reason th this ? Any way to stop it ? Only started with the new/old PSU.
Windows 10, i5 2500k, 16gb ram, 4 HDD (main one an ssd)

Got into BIOS and disable Wake on Lan.
Might even want to disconnect cable from the nic and see if it stays off.

I suspect the replacement PSU may be the cause. What is the make and model of that PSU?

Like this:
- Right-click any blank space on your Desktop and select New > Shortcut.
- In the "Type the location of the item:" box, type in:
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -t 0 -f
- Click Next and and then Finish.
Now click your new shortcut and see if it shuts the computer down.
