Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner and JRT (Junkware Removal Tool) are a great combination. What one doesn't get, the others often will.

    Download: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/windows/

    Instructions: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/omiga-plus-virus/
(Be sure to follow step #3 or you we be re infected).

If still unsuccessful after trying the above you may want to start a new thread in our intensive care forum. Follow the instructions at the top of the page and copy paste the logfiles for examination and further instructions.

Hello Spywaredr, Fink and all, used all my tools to try and get rid of Lollipop, Omniboxes, still there. Used Adaware, JRT from bleeping computers.

I have lost my Programs in Windows 8.1,[/B] how do I get it back, forgot how to????
When I click on the bottom left, it takes me to Start screen instead of programs appearing.

Fink, will look at the discussions after getting my programs to appear in the bottom left hand corner.

    Thanks all, Gep

That's not good. As fink suggested, recommend visiting our "Intensive Care Unit" forum and following the "malware removal instructions". This will guide you through a few preparations, as well as instruction for posting your logs in that forum.
