 [RESOLVED] Toshiba Laptop Recovery
I didn't know where to post this one.
My friend has a Toshiba Laptop L75-A7285, with Windows 8, that keeps shutting down her Yahoo mail.
She wants it formatted back to factory state but I can't get a clear answer if we need recovery discs or if the option is already in the computer.
Went around and around the Toshiba site and still don't know which way to go on this.
Any advice? Thanks.

Same site I was looking over but apparently in the wrong area - I finally found the appropriate place and then made the recovery DVDs.
