8.1 Lockscreen sometimes opens the wrong background picture

I went ahead and burned Seatools again. I set Free ISO burner to burn at the lowest speed. Then ran the tool again. No joy. The Seatools opens but does not see the drive.

On a good note. I am getting more comfortable starting and making changes in the UEFI BIOS. And more importantly changing back.

I scan heirloom type pictures at about 20 MB is size in tif format.
As I use CDBurnerXP as my burning program, I learned to slow the burn down or some the pictures would not open otherwise.
