One PC Not Being Seen on Home Network

Here is another question relating to my new Windows 7 64 bit pro machine.


I have 3 other machines on my network. 2 are running XP Pro ( HP Laptop and Mega_PC) and one is running XP Home (Dell). I can see the 2 XP Pro machines on Win7 Explorer "Network" but the Dell XP Home machine does not show. I can connect to it from the Win 7 machine by using

RUN and then typing in the XP Home machine url \\192.168.0.76. I have saved this link on my desktop and it is easy to connect this way but is there a way to get the Win 7 machine to see the Dell Home XP machine.

Is it not being seen because of a deficiency in XP Home?

Thank you for the links and information.

The Win 7 machine even sees the printer but not the XP home machine. I can get to it by typing the url and then saving it on the desktop of each machine so I have a good workaround. I have been doing that for many years now. I turned the run feature on, on the Win 7 machine.
