Train,
Thank you for the reply. I ran Blue Screen View 64-bit and received reports on 4 events on 11-19-2014. These were probably associated with the auto update that was on step 3 of 3 when I found it. There were two other dumps from several years ago. I left those off.
Here is the dump file:

Doc,
I'm not sure what you are referring to. Is this an option in Blue Screen Viewer? If so I don't see it on the menu. I'm operating in System Recovery mode and using the command prompt to launch programs from a USB drive.
Doc,
Sorry, I missed your earlier reply with the Hotfix Link.
I followed it and downloaded the file. Tried to run it from the Command Prompt and got a "The system cannot execute the specified program." Is there another way to launch this program?
The Operating System needs to be running before the Hotfix will work. That's why I responded with "never mind" after reading that you were "operating in System Recovery mode and using the command prompt to launch programs from a USB drive."
The OS will needs to be repaired/replaced first, then run the Hotfix. Even better yet though would be to download and install all available Windows updates which would also apply any necessary Hotfixes.
