[Closed] Frustrating!
Man, i was just redirected back to an old thread to continue there but like I said in my new thread I can't find a reply button to reply in it.
Feel stupid but I'm a softare tester and observe well and can't find it for the life of me. New to this forum so maybe that is why.
How do I reply...i replied the other day no problem...my options are to close thread...thats about it.

That thread was marked inactive because you didn't provide the proper logs. You need to post the MBAM and DDS logs in order to get diagnosed. You need to post the MBAM SCAN log, NOT the protection log.
How to get logs:
(Export log to save as txt)
After the restart once you are back at your desktop, open MBAM once more.
Click on the History tab > Application Logs.
Double click on the scan log which shows the Date and time of the scan just performed.
Click 'Export'.
Click 'Text file (*.txt)'
In the Save File dialog box which appears, click on Desktop.
In the File name: box type a name for your scan log.
A message box named 'File Saved' should appear stating "Your file has been successfully exported".
Click Ok
Attach that saved log to your next reply.

Why are you quoting the wrong way to do it? Did you say to paste it in?
Can someone please reply with the exact steps I need to do? I have ran numerous scans, does this change things?
Someone told me not to save the text file...to copy clipboard and paste it.
Here is what I get when I copy to clip board and paste it here:

That's exactly the way it is typed in the rules. I just copied it.

I have reopened the original thread for easier continuity.
VirtualDr email notices are not working.
Check back regularly for responses.
