Resolved [RESOLVED] Inverting a PDF file

    What ho,

Silly question. I have scanned some A4 pages and created a pdf file. Because of the way I scanned the document, it is now inverted, which is easy to correct when opened in the PDF program. I have saved it again in the correct orientation, but every time I open the file, it is still inverted.

Is there a way to invert a pdf and save it so that when it opens, it is correctly orientated?

    Thanks

    Toodle pip

    Rex

PS. When I say 'inverted' I mean up-side-down, not black /white.

Besides rescanning them or having the full blown version of Adobe - I would send them to the printers and use your PDF printer option....Save the new document.

I use an app called Bull Zip for my PDF printer option.

If you had Adobe Acrobat Pro, you could correct the orientation and have it save. I don't think you can permanently save the change with just Adobe Reader. The easiest way might be to just re-scan the documents.

Thanks for the suggestions. Turning it the correct way around, then printing as a PDF and saving, has done the trick.

As for Adobe Acrobat, without wishing to get myself shot, I personally feel that it is an 'offical' virus and have not used it for I don't know how long. I use PDF x-Change Viewer and it is wonderful.
