    Angry Problem with system restore

I want to create my own date to system restore about 2 months back. I have a desktop Windows Vista and I go the the place and set my date that I want to restore to but then I can not find it to do the restore.

If I go to system restore after I create a date, it only gives me restore points back about 2 weeks. How to I findmy "creation" after I have done it?

If you didn't create a system restore point 2 months ago, and/or you don't have your system restore settings set to retain restore points that far back, you won't be able to restore that far back.

    Msbsgblue--
If you do not find that 2 month old restore point with SpywareDr's advice, next time create a backup. Put it on an external drive. It should be available for many months.
