I don't think there are any LGA2011 boards with onboard video. I have a 3930K & Asus Sabertooth X79 that made the list of all-time top 50 rigs at PassMark when I built it in December of 2012. At 5.02GHZ I got a CPU score of 17,200 that's still great today. That CPU was $399 at Micro Center on Black Friday 2012.

I don't know about any X99 boards so far but no consumer X79 boards had onboard video. SuperMicro has some LGA2011 server boards that use Matrox onboard graphics and that's the next thing to no graphics at all. None of the Sandy Bridge-E and later E series CPU's have onboard graphics controllers. After DDR4 prices come down to sane levels I'm building a 5960X of my own and putting a R9 290X GPU in it.
