Did you read?
NOTE 3. If you receive UNSUPPORTED OPERATING SYSTEM! ABORTED! message restart computer and Security Check should run
Then...
The command is:
MpCmdRun -getfiles -scan
There is no "space" after "minus" sign.

The MS file is on my desktop how do I send it I clicked on copy link and its a big file cab I am sorry I am confused on this. Thank you.

another problem is when I do a search on google using IE it brings up the search page but won't open anything. And the cursor will move in a line across the search space by its self.
The Microsoft Ess Sec keeps giving same message this is what the history says

Click on FIRST Copy Link button and paste the link in your next reply.
It'll copy the link to Clipboard.
While in your reply window simply right click on any empty space and click "Paste".
The link will paste into your reply.

Download TDSSKiller and save it to your desktop.
- Doubleclick on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application, then on Start Scan.
- If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure, click on Continue.
- If a suspicious file is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
- It may ask you to reboot the computer to complete the process. Click on Reboot Now.
- If no reboot is require, click on Report. A log file should appear. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.
- If a reboot is required, the report can also be found in your root directory (usually C:\ folder) in the form of TDSSKiller_xxxx_log.txt. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.
