HELP in Windows 8.1
Is there anything in W8.1 akin to the Support on XP that provides help on items one types in? For example, where can I get support on, say, SCREENSHOTS?
I am new to W8.1 and thoroughly frustrated with it. Is it just me and should I just be patient in learning W8.1?
I'd be interested in hearing from W8.1 fans: Are all the changes MS made really worthwhile to you? What are the features of W8.1 you like?

I've merged your two threads. They are about the same thing and you didn't need to start a new thread when asking for help with the other one. Please don't do this again.

That's what I have had to do with my 8.1 tablet. It's frustrating at times but I chalk it up to a learning experience (that probably makes me feel better LOL)
I use no 5 on my tablet to get a screenshot.. http://www.7tutorials.com/4-ways-tak...ng-built-tools
I may install a third party app for that eventually. I use MWsnap for my desktop.
VirtualDr email notices are not working.
Check back regularly for responses.

Since it's built-in, I would use the Snipping Tool mentioned in fink's link. It works for the occasional shot.
If that's not good enough (or you need more options), my recommendation would be to pay the one time $19.95 for FastStone Capture http://www.faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm I bought it 2 or 3 years ago and use it all the time. It's actively developed and has an excellent mix of features. The new features they add are always very clever. They recently added the ability to seamlessly stitch multiple screenshots together. (I didn't know how much I would use it until I had it!)
