    Resizing a Photo

    I am trying to resize a B/W photo to a smaller image 11/2" X 11/4". Cannot seem to figure it out using Paint, Picasa, Windows Photo Viewer, or Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Please advise. Thanks!

    Irfanview or Faststone would probably be better choices.

    IMO, FastStone is the better of the two. It does more than just view photos. It has more controls. I and moderator Train use it.
