[Inactive] trovi

Hey guys thanks for helping me so many times in the past, now I need help for a friend. He lives in Sweden and doesn't understand instructions very well. He speaks english and can understand simple instructions.
Anyway he has the trovi.com virus or spyware infection and he can't get rid of it. I don't know a lot about computers and besides, he has win 8.1 and I don't so I can't help him really.
Anyway this what he has tried: Norton, adwcleaner, malwarebytes and I tried to get him to search the registry and he said he did but didn't find anything. I'm not sure he did it correctly though.
I'm asking if you can give him some very simple instructions that he can understand to get rid of this.

Tell him to follow the intructions in this link you'll send to him via email. He could just join VDR or he could send you the logs to post but that's harder for our expert Broni to help him.
