How do I know my computer that is being monitored or not?
I'm just a regular computer users and often use my computer office for personal purposes such as checking my funds in online bank. I want to know how to if my computer is being tapped or not.

Office computer, it belongs to them, so they can do what they want with it. Legal too.

I think it's safe to assume they ARE watching. As Train said, in many places around the world, it's perfectly legal.

Using company equipment for personal business can be reason for dismissal.
