    Deleting extraneous internet files

Would someone please remind me how to use Firefox to periodically delete those unneeded internet files that accumulate over time?

Also, please remind me of that useful app named OTC (Old Timer C?) that was used for that purpose. Thank you. ...wdc

I think you're asking how to clear temp Internet files in Firefox.

CCleaner and TFC will do the job.

You can always check the Firefox cache use by typing about:cache in the address bar.

If you want to limit the Firefox cache to a specific size, you can set that in Options - Advanced - Network - Cached Web Content. Check "Override automatic cache management" and set the size you want.

Maybe you should start keeping notes for yourself. That's what I do, especially for things I don't run everyday.
