Download Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit (MBAR) from HERE

• Unzip downloaded file.
• Open the folder where the contents were unzipped and run mbar.exe
• Follow the instructions in the wizard to update and allow the program to scan your computer for threats.
• Click on the Cleanup button to remove any threats and reboot if prompted to do so.
• Wait while the system shuts down and the cleanup process is performed.
• Perform another scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit to verify that no threats remain. If they do, then click Cleanup once more and repeat the process.
• When done, please post the two logs produced they will be in the MBAR folder..... mbar-log-xxxxx.txt and system-log.txt

Open Windows Explorer. Go Tools>Folder Options>View tab (Windows 8 users. Open File Manager. Go View>Options>Change folder and search options>View tab), put a checkmark next to Show hidden files, and folders, UN-check Hide protected operating system files.
NOTE. Make sure to reverse the above changes, when done with this step.
Upload following files to http://www.virustotal.com/ for security check:

I did as you said showing hidden files and op system files but there is no file ntfs.sys
I will not do anything more until you advise. Is there a danger that the computer will not boot if I turn it off. I have not turned it off since running the combo fix program.

• Close all open programs and internet browsers.
• Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
• Click on Scan button.
• When the scan has finished click on Clean button.
• Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
