NEWS tile can be seen but not read .... within windows 8 startup

ON my Windows 8.1 start up page where all the ' tiles' are located.. one of the tiles is my NEWS tile .. inside that square on that start up page I can see and read the news headlines within the square ..
The news headlines change every few seconds to another story but when clicked on the title the page opens up to full size and just rotates.,
just spins and spins .. trying to lock in ..

what do I Need to fix this ??

This would be a problem with the app itself. There are many free news apps out there. You might try another to see if it behaves the way it should. Also, open the charms window in the news app and try the help link if one is offered.
