Are you not getting any ad because you're running Ad Blocker and it's working? If you disable Ad Blocker do you get ads?

I was using Adblock Plus. If I turned if off, I would expect to see ads.
    Firefox 24.5ESR Adblock Plus 2.6.3
You didn't say which version of Windows or IE, so I didn't test the IE version of Adblock.

Please be patient with me. How do I find out which version I have? I believe it's IE9.

Open the browser, go to help in the menu and select about.
    The version is listed there.

f you do not see the menu, hit the ALT and it will show up.

    I checked and it's Internet Explorer 11.

I should clarify, I don't believe these ads are the result of any spyware on my PC because these ads exist on YouTube totally independent of my PC. On other PCs the same videos contain ads in the exact same time spots.

Other YouTube videos are 100% ad free regardless of length or subject matter.

Hence I do not believe these ads are being generated by any spyware on my PC.

And these other PCs have some kind of adblocker installed?

This is the link you posted.

If I disable Adblock Plus, I see an ad at the beginning. With ABP enabled, I don't see it.

I also tried IE11 on Win7 32-bit. With ABP enabled, I don't see the ad. Are you sure the ABP addon is enabled?

"And these other PCs have some kind of adblocker installed?"

No they didn't and that's why the ads appeared.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Ad Blocker many times but the problem remains. I suspect something may be blocking Ad Blocker running. Is there a way to check and make sure it's running?

I thought you meant that you installed an adblocker on another PC to see if it worked or not.

Are you sure the ABP addon is enabled?
Did you check that the Adblock Plus addon is enabled in IE?
