Resolved [RESOLVED] BSOD on Fresh Windows 7 Install

I keep getting a BSOD on a fresh install of Windows 7 64-bit. I'm thinking it may be caused by my raid, but I'm not 100% sure. I have a RAID 1 with two 3TB Seagate Drives using a SIIG SC-SA0R11-S1 Raid Card.

This is the info that comes up on restart:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: FFFFFAB00AA2DDE8
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF80003117825
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

It seems to happen more frequently when copying files to/from the RAID. I have all of the latest drivers installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    System Specs:

    Windows 7 64-bit
    ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3
    16GB RAM
    256GB SSD (OS)
    128GB SSD (Extra Storage)
    2x 3TB Segate Barracudas in RAID 1
2x GeForce GTX 560 Ti cards in SLI

Wow. That's a pretty nice rig there.

Did you try checking the BSOD dumps with Bluescreenview? Maybe it will have more info.

Did you check for any bios updates to the motherboard?

Thanks Midknyte, I'd never heard of that software. I actually disconnected the RAID card, reinstalled Windows, updated it and then connected and install the raid again. So far, that seems to have fixed the problem. I've been copying files for about an hour now and it hasn't Blue Screened once yet.
