    Trouble with graphics card?????

    I have been having problems with the graphics on my computer. When I play games (mainly Angry Birds), the birds move in a jerky motion and sometimes stops for a few seconds, then starts moving in a jerky motion again. (ATI Radeon HD 32 Graphics Card) I am also getting a security error from Adobe Flash Player-----

    SecurityError: Error #2060: Security sandbox violation: ExternalInterface caller https://secure.flashtalking.com/pageFold/pagefold.swf cannot access <unknown>.
    at flash.external::ExternalInterface$/_evalJS()
    at flash.external::ExternalInterface$/call()
    at pagefold_fla::MainTimeline/timerListener()
    at flash.utils::Timer/_timerDispatch()
    at flash.utils::Timer/tick()

    I installed the update for the flash player and now this is what I am getting. What can I do to get this to work the right way again?

    Windows 7 64bit OS

    That's not the actual model number. You can use something like Speccy to get the actual GPU model number and driver version.

    Howver, I don't think it's the video card. It sounds more like a browser issue. What browser are you using? What version of Flash did you install?

    I'm using internet explorer 11. I used to use google chrome but I was getting the searchdial.exe constantly in that browser so I just uninstalled it. My flash player was updated to version 13.0.0.182.

    Did you scan for malware? That could cause problems too.

    I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Superantispyware and they cleaned what was in my computer but no change.

    Superantispyware hasn't been effective ever since they got bought out a couple years ago. I would uninstall it.

    You might also want to run other tools like roguekiller. MBAM can miss some things.

    Other than that, I think it could be that you're using IE11. Chrome would be a better choice.

    Anything but IE 11.

    FireFox, Maxton and Slimboat all work better than it.

    True dat. I'm an FF guy, but imanetter2 mentioned Chrome before. I can't do without all my customizations in FF.

    Also note that Chrome has Flash built-in, but you can still install Adobe Flash if you want.

    I installed RogueKiller and had registry problems. I got that fixed and ran a scan again. I have two things I do not know what to do with. Under the driver tab, there is a long list that consists of module urlmon.dll and shlwapi.dll. The module path reports the legit as false on all listed in there. Then, under the MBR tab, it has physical drives 1, 2, 3 and 4. There are error readings stating that MBR is not valid and there is an error reading each drive. What do I do with this? Do I just delete it??

    Honestly, Broni is the expert on that. It sounds like you had some infection before. That could be causing your problems with Flash and Chrome.

    Normally, we would refer you to post your MBAM and DDS logs in the ICU.
