    Can I recover data from deleted partitions??

    Hi

    In XP,in Disc Management I have accidentally deleted the partitions with my Ubuntu and Watt OSs on, is there any way I can recover the data (sreadsheets & MPEGs etc) that was saved on these?

    They now show as "Free space"

    any help would be appreciated.
