fried cookie ltd
Hi, My avg has detected a virus 'fried cookie' I was just wondering if anyone knows how I could remove this from my windows 8 pc. I do not get an option on avg to do this or even quarantine it.

Does it show up in the freeware version of Revo Uninstaller? If so, use it to try and uninstall it.
If that doesn't work, might want to visit our "Intensive Care Unit" forum and follow the "malware removal instructions". This will guide you through a few preparations, as well as instruction for posting your logs in that forum.

Hilite all the text in the log file, press the ctrl + C keys to copy, then press the ctrl + V key to paste.
