Right click on a file does not work

Hey guys! Long time no complain!! Well I just bought a new desktop with Windows 8. It's been little stuff ever since. Right now I'm trying to clean out old documents and pictures. However, when I right click I get the little spinning hurricane thing and it just keeps spinning. When I click again (in frustration) I get the "not responding" message next to the file name at the top of the box. I have to go to Task Manager and end Windows Explorer. It doesn't matter which user account I'm in, it's all the same. On a side not, is there anyway to speed things up like loading apps?

Any assistance would be appreciated. I can't find any help with HP or Microsoft.

Do you have any context menu add-ons? If yes, try removing or disabling them to see if that fixes the error.

You have a new desktop with old documents and pictures? Where are the old documents and pictures stored? If they are stored on the PC how did they get there?

That did it. There was something in there about SuperAntiSpyWare contextMenu. I deleted it and now everything is working. Thanks.
