    how to get windows 8 screen to swipe by touch

    I saw in the demo model that by swiping the screen left to right ( visa verse) the screen would act like your Iphone screen .. o nthe HP laptop we bought .. BUT it does not do this I have to use the mouse to swing the screen ..\
    was there a windows page I didn't activate to do this ??

    You have to have a touch screen Monitor to do that. Looks like you have a standard Monitor.

    So, which model of Hp laptop you are referring to? Like dneilson says, the screen has to be a touchscreen to begin with.
