Need to Rotate only PARTS of a Movie
A friend sent me a movie that is .wmv format but for some reason every minute or so the author has rotated the image 180 degrees for 5-10 seconds (the movie is 9 min. total). Using Windows Live Movie Maker, is it possible to rotate just those frames or will I need to cut the clip from the file, rotate it to the correct way and then splice it back together (link)?
Is there another utility or app that can rotate just the parts without all the cut + paste?
