What is Jucheck.exe and why does it pop up on my computer?
When the Java security warnings went out I removed Java from Chrome, then I went to IE9 and under Manage add-on, removed JAVASSV Helper. Now I get a popup asking me do I want to update jucheck.exe from Oracle?
Explain please.

A four second Google search finds things like:
“jucheck.exe” is part of the Java Runtime from Sun Corporation and not a trojan, IF it is located where it is supposed to be – usually something like “C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_10\bin\jucheck.exe“
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

jucheck is the java updater. Java 7u11 just came out, so it is probably prompting you to update.
If you don't have a specific need for Java, you could just uninstall it.

If applicable,
Remove Java completely via the Control Panel...
Cheers.
