Is there a length limit to an email?

Some people are not seeing all of a long email I sent out, does anyone know of a length limit in any of the major email providers or browsers?

    Thanks - rev

Check with your ISP and ask the limit of email quantity.

If others are seeing the full e-mail, then the problem is likely on the recipients end.

Is the email just text or are there images embedded? Is it the images that are missing?

Is there a common factor like all of the people are using the same @aol.com type address?

When you send an email over the Internet, it will often pass through several mail transfer agents to reach the recipient. Each of these has to store the message before forwarding it on, and may therefore impose their own size limits. This is why sending large email across the Internet tends to be unreliable.
