***Removed OS product key, to protect your computer***
    Service Tag 1NJBZQ1
    Service code 3599976601

I bought the computer about a year ago. Sorry to say that either I didn't get much information with it or I can't find it.
On to my problem. Everything seems to work eccept all the picture are not displayed. There is other information that is not displayed along the right side. Were there is facebook pictures the screen goes black. The problem seems to be intermitten. Other information along the side of some picture is also missing.

What pictures are you trying to display? Ones you took or something else. And what do reckon is missing on the right side in explorer window?

Btw, I have removed your product key which is not good to display in an open public forum, I have also removed your address and email to protect your privacy from spammers who frequently, search these forums for such information.

Is the problem only with facebook or with other sites as well? Have you tried using any other browser(s) like Firefox for eg?

VirtualDr email notices are not working.
    Check back regularly for responses.

    Clarify,
Are you stating that issues are only concurring on websites?
    If so,
Provide several examples of the website(s) in question.
    Cheers.

The pictures are Facebook on all sites that have either a blank screen or one with a triangle on it.
There are other pages with advertizing text, like Vanguard where I get my investment information. I get music from Pandora, the don't work either.

Fox News site has a lot of advertizing down the right hand side.
Some site have a lot of text like the Drudge Report, they have small pictures to go with there text.

I don't know how to put all this stuff but I will try.
My computer is a Dell Inspiron Windows 7. I've noticed in the last few weeks things have changed on my home page, Foxnews.com and other sites. As you know I didn't know what was going on. Some sites have advertizing, both text and pictures on them. These are not picture I took, some big, some small with text.
I didn't want all the adds, my old Dell didn't have any on it, some are helpful like adds for my investment with Vanguard.com and music from Pandora.
If you got any questions I would sure like to hear them.
