    memory usage

I run Norton 360 on 3 computers, one new. I keep
getting a pop up window saying my cpu usage is high.
I just ignore it but what does it mean and why am I
    getting it.

What is the CPU usage of your topmost Processes?

(Right-click the taskbar, select Start Task Manager, click the Processes tab, then click the CPU column header one or twice so that the highest usages are is at the top).

I get the same message occassionally on my older XP PC when I have many IE windows with loads of CPU hogging video ads open.

And for those of us that love our computers, like having many broswer windows open and enjoy participating in discussion forums, one of the easiest solutions is to simply disable all of those CPU-hogging ads.

    I'm just saying ...
