Hi. I searched for my old post relating to this problem but came up no matches???
If someone can find it, great. Did the site have a recent cleanout?

The vBulletin software was changed to a new version, and the search indices are currently being rebuilt, so the search function is currently not working as it should.

Thanks Spyware DR. That didn,t help, but i think i got it. I went into my Lan settings in internet explorer even though i use firefox. tools/internet options/connections/lan settings and uncheck "automatically detect lan settings". That seems to have done it.
    Thanks for the help.

That is the post. But after reading it, It didn't solve the problem so i don't know how i fixed it originally on my other laptop. The lan setting fixed it.
