Eset keep's crashing to blue screen, then it completed but showing no threat's but
the quarenteen had several threat's listed.I intended to remove these on exit but
that page disappeared before i had the chance and went back to the start screen.
I've only managed to get the scan to complete once out of 5 attempt's but that one showed no infection found so i dont have a log to send, but there was several
infection's in quarenteen .i'll run the scan again and try to empty quarenteen but
i dont think i can get a log now.
Toolbar searchqu/datamngr iebho,toolbar\del iebho11.dll,90,96,
Babylon toolbar/app,eng,srv.
These are the instances of infection that were in quarenteen which were deleted
on exit of Eset scan but due to it crashing i couldn't get a log from it,what now
Note 1: UNCHECK any pre-checked toolbar and/or software offered with the Java update. The pre-checked toolbars/software are not part of the Java update.
Note 2: The Java Quick Starter (JQS.exe) adds a service to improve the initial startup time of Java applets and applications. If you don't want to run another extra service, go to Start > Control Panel > Java > Advanced > Miscellaneous and uncheck the box for Java Quick Starter. Click OK and restart your computer.
2. Now, we need to remove old Java version and its remnants...
Run JavaRa.exe (Vista users! Right click on JavaRa.exe, click Run As Administrator), pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then click Remove Older Versions.
Accept any prompts.
