[RESOLVED] FF Bookmarks gone missing
I had a bookmark folder that said "Puter help" and in it Virtual Dr link was listed and many others. It is gone. Just that one bookmark folder. Now I notice that at the very bottom of "Bookmarks there is a line and then Bing and below that are 5 bookmarks that I didn't think I bookmarked including the link to Virtual Dr.
What the hell happened?

I am guessing that they somehow accidentally got moved when you last clicked on one of them.

Single R-click and hold then drag it back to where you want it.

and post back. Let us know if it worked.

Thanks for the reply. Oops forgot to tell you, I am using Firefox. To be clear, I am talking about a whole folder full of links. Of which Virtual Dr was one of the links in the folder. So the whole folder is gone.

Which version of FF?
Did you go into Bookmarks - Show All Bookmarks? (Formerly Organize Bookmarks)
You can try searching for the folder name in there. Sounds like you might have dragged that folder into another folder.

Yea that did it. I apparently dragged it into the next folder below it cause there it was. Yea! Thanks so very much.
BTW I am using 8.0 version of FF.

Version 8? Any reason you're not upgrading to the current version?
