We need more info than that. Are you doing anything in particular when you get the blue screen, or is it entirely random?
Try testing the memory, using MemTest86 and Windows Memory Diagnostic. Download UBCD and burn it to CD, it has all the memory testing utilities on it plus many more useful tools besides. All you have to do is to boot up with the disc in the drive, select the utility that you want to use, and it will run.
Ultimate Boot CD
You may find these instructions helpful for burning the UBCD .iso file to disc:
How can I write (burn) ISO files to CD or DVD?

i never switch on my com yesterday
What "com" device are we talking about? Make and model would be helpful.
Did you try running BlueScreenView?
Have you tried testing the memory and the hard drive using the test utility programs on the Ultimate Boot CD?
More information is still needed to diagnose your problem.

"com" = computer
What results did BlueScreenView give you? Re-run it and post the results here.
Run the memory diagnostics for at least 20-30 minutes or for one complete cycle of the memory. See if any errors are found. Post the results here.
If the memory diagnostics don't show any errors, run the manufacturer's hard drive diagnostics. If you don't know which manufacturer made your hard drive, post hard drive model from Device Manager here, or try the Seagate Seatools disgnostics. Post any results here.

Where did you get you video drivers?

I'd normally put different Stop Errors like that down to faulty memory. But in this case, I think the video drivers could be the culprit, as Train alluded to. Especially as your RAM jhas checked out OK.
It might be worth running in Safe Mode for a while and seeing if it is stable there. If it is, then graphics drivers would be the number one suspect.
Nick.
