    Happy Easter

If you aren't on Mobile or have a fairly decent comp Google this equation
    1.2+(sqrt(1-(sqrt(x^2+y^2))^2) + 1 - x^2-y^2) * (sin (10000 * (x*2+y/5+7))+1/4) from -1.6 to 1.6

I got "3D charts require a web browser and system that support WebGL"
    Is that the correct answer?

Here's what it looks like in Chrome (on an old XP box):

Note that the whole image is constantly rotating, spinning, at an angle.

Yup. But lately G has shown its evil side even more than MS. We always knew about MS. That's why I use Firefox and no G products at all, not even their search engine.

Getting back to the video, it is interesting, and probably more so to the mathematically-minded.

Yep, and in 12 too. If you can't seem to get it working in Firefox, try going to "about:config" and setting "webgl.force-enabled" to true.

WebGL works in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera. More info about which versions here: http://www.khronos.org/webgl/wiki/Ge...Implementation

Google Developers are working on getting WebGL working in IE. You can download their Google Chrome Frame here: https://developers.google.com/chrome/chrome-frame/ Once installed in IE, go to http://get.webgl.org/ to test.

A bit more WebGL info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webgl

I have FF 12. Changed my "about:config." I'm not very technical, and don't see much in than graphic that's different from others. I know you all jump on me now about the joys of 3-D, but hey, it's the internet, not real life. In my knitting forum we have the acronym "IRL", "in real life," to distingish it from the virtual life we have in this little box.

Question: Why isn't WebGL already on in Firefox 12 if it's been around since FF v.4? The default is "off." And why does it show up only in Google search and not Yahoo? (I usually use www.search.yahoo.com)
