The toolbar doesn't extinct anymore
The toolbar at the bottom of the screen don't see any extinction anymore? How do I fix the scrollbar? Thanks

Please define "extinction."
The picture you posted is of the SysTray. What is it missing?

Do you mean the entire Taskbar, or just the Notification Area on the right-hand side?

I think you mean the inactive icons.
Right click on the taskbar and click Properties. Check "Hide inactive icons" then click OK

I marked the hide inactiive icon from the toolbar. Is it ok? I didn't see the scroll. Do I restore the computer?

Uncheck the hidden, reboot and make sure everything shows up.
Re check and see if the chevron shows up.
I left it unchecked in XP so I could see things.

I saw the scrolling anymore but I don't see my microsoft security in the tool bar? What do I do?

Uncheck|Untick|Deselect "Hide inactive icons"
