[Inactive] "JS" virus(es) in Win7 Pro-64 - Cannot clean
Hi all,
I noticed another thread concerning "JS" trojans, but it was in WinXP and I'm not sure the virus is the very same creature, so I'd better begin my own thread.
System:
- Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 mobo with:
--- AMD Phenom II X6 1100T BE CPUAMD 6-core CPU
--- 16GB RAM - (4x4GB) Patriot Viper Extreme DDR1866
--- Wildfire 128GB SSD serving as Drive C: with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit installed
- 2x WD 640GB SATA3 HDDs
- Seagate 3TB GoFlex External HDD
- Sony Optiarc 40x DVD-RW
- Sapphire ATI Radeon HD6770 1GB GDDR5 video card
Software used:
- OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
- AV: BitDefender Plus 2012 Pro AV
- Malwarebytes
- Spybot S&D
- AdAware
** Periodic checks using TrendMicro House Call
Misc:
- Cox Comm. cable Internet
- LinkSys WRT54GS wireless router
---------------------------------------------
I run a firewall, AV and also use several other detection/cleaning apps.
BitDefender (Pro 2012) keeps putting out messages that viruses have been found. They are a "JS" type, which I only know to be some kind of trojan.
BitDefender is unable to clean or quarantine the "invading items."
Using the location(s) quoted in the AV message(s), I went to that location in Windows Explorer and deleted ALL of the folders (they were among the Temporary Internet Files). But alas, they still return.
Interestingly, I get a NEW AV message every time I open a browser tab. I also got a new one when coming to the VirtualDr site, and I get a new one every time I change pages within VirtualDr.
That's about all I can say for now. Let me know if I've missed anything, and of course how to proceed from here.
Many, many thanks in advance,

I just scanned with Malwarebytes, it reported that it found NO malicious items. Not sure what to think.
