Publisher Viewer
One of my friends does not own Publisher, but owns Microsoft Office. She states she only received (1) disk & does not have Publisher on that disk. She needs to be able edit my Publisher files. How can she do this? Is there a viewer she can look at my files? Any other suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks,
DarElls

Some versions of Office do not include Publisher. What version does she have? If she needs to edit Publisher files, she might have to purchase a version of Office with Publisher

I don't know how well this would work, but you could try saving the file as .XPS instead of .PUB, which she could then open in Word. Provided trhe editing required is fairly straightforward it might get the job done.

DarElls--
If she has Office 2007 or 2010 she may be able to download and install a trial version of Publisher.

Once the trial period is over, it may still be used as a viewer!! See last sentence here.
