    Resolved [RESOLVED] Wireless Card ?

    I have an older computer with XP OS. What must I use to pick up a wireless signal? And what will it cost me? Thanks for any help PS I refer to a wireless internet service.

    Post the make and model of your computer and how far you are away from a wireless router.
    If it is a custom or home built rig, post the make and model of the motherboard.

    Emachine model T4010
    Appro, 50 feet from router. Main computer picks up real well from that distant. I'm adding an older one for kids.

    You can use either a PCI card or a USB dongle, either should work well. Here is a good selection:
