Norton Ghost 10 in the tray problem
I have xp pro I tried to download Rerun the Symantec AutoFix Tool but it didn't work. What do I do now?

Please start at the beginning of the story.
Why are you needing to the run the Autofix tool and what is the tool suppose to do?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Norton Ghost doesn't work since I see the norton Ghost tray ? on the screen.

I see from your attached picture that there is an "X" on the System Tray icon for Norton Ghost.
However, more details are needed. What happens when you try to run Ghost, either from the System Tray icon or from the Start Menu entry? Post any error messages that you get when you try to run Ghost.

I figured out the norton ghost tray but now I saw this

It means that you need to find a larger drive to store the image on, because there isn't enough room where you are trying to store it.

I ran norton ghost 10 and it was ok until in the end of it when I saw error can't creat point error ec8f17b7 and ea390719

That likely means Norton couldn't create a restore point. You are supposed to click Show Details though so we can see more information that might be useful.
