Resolved [RESOLVED] WindowsVista HomePremium log on log off loop

Ok so here I am again same problem different computer( desktop this time).I brought it to my house and thought I had it fixed so I sent it back home with my nephews to later find out it is not fixed at all.

Don't have the exact error messages because it logs on and then log off immediately but I can tell you this:

    an error occurred with reg.exe
when I try to log into safe mode the same thing happens
I ran spyboy search and destroy using ubcd4win and it keeps finding windows.security.center.
I delete it and it keeps coming back
any idea what is going on here?

Have a thumb drive or blank cds. Use a friend or the library to get what is needed and transfer it.

ok so I finally got the programs downloaded on my computer so I can burn them to a cd. Now I need to ask how to make the cd bootable because that is the only way I am going to be able to run them on the infected computer.
