malmzakk--#1 Click a blank spot on the toolbars|click on Menu bar. If that does not work, click Alt.
However the other items suggests you have more basic problems.
Have you scanned for anti virus/spyware?
Are these problems something new? If so try a System Restore to a date before the problems started.

Try running the System File Checker. Go to Start and type "cmd" without the quotes, then right-click cmd.exe and choose "Run as Administrator". Once at the Command Prompt, type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes. You may need your Windows 7 disc, though most of the time you don't.

Sorry, I assumed you were running Windows 7 for some reason. What version of Windows are you using?

The default browser for Win7 is IE8. You can't install IE7 on Win7.

Click Start, Run, and then enter "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes) in the Run box. Have your XP CD handy in case it is needed.

No no, you may need your Windows 7 CD/DVD when running the "sfc /scannow" cmd on Windows 7, (not your XP CD).

If you are running WinXP, then you can use a borrowed disc as long as it is the same type, ie it must be a Home disc with Home and Pro with Pro, and you can only use an OEM disc with an OEM copy of Windows and a Retail disc with a retail copy.
