permission to printer on the kids account
the printer is installed on the administrator account, but is not 'there' when the kids want to print on their account.
how do i add the printer to the kids account?

State the make and model of the printer. When installing the drivers, there may be an option to install for all users. Different printer manufacturers use different types of install routines. It may have to be installed for each user.

You could also try downloading the latest driver for the printer, if you don't already have the latest version. Uninstall the old driver and try the newer one.

thanks, lexmark has win7 64 bit dl for the 2500, what a miracle that is.
i will install it on the kids account. and not have to get into the'permissions' area-yay!?
