    Lexmark printer not printing..Help Please!

I have a Lexmark Z1300 and it was working fine. Now I print and it shows printing in the status box but automatically deletes the print job. It does print a test page correctly. What is going on. Thanks

Try uninstalling drivers, reboot/restart computer. Then reinstall the drivers.

When a printer acts up like that, I uninstall it, reboot, then reinstall it.
    Normally that fixes things.

Oh well, just a tad slow today I see.

    Reinstall did not work..more info

I did the reinstall but it still does the same thing. I do notice when I print a couple different reports it comes up with something that says:

    Report Viewer.aspx:0%

This would normally go to 100% then print. This message is only on 2 reports the rest don't give me any message it just deletes.

WHen you go to Control Panel->Printers is the Lexmark set as the Default printer?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Is this a web page you are trying to print? If so, what browser are you printing from. Some web pages can be hard to print.

Try these steps to reset the memory for the printer:

    1. Turn off your computer. This keeps the computer from registering any errors during the process and protects the entire system from surges.
    Step

    2. Turn off and unplug the power cord from printer.

    3. Wait at least one minute. Two or three minutes is better. This is necessary because just turning it off and on or immediately plugging it back in will not clear data from its memory.

    4. Plug the printer back in and turn it and your computer back on. The memory should be reset.
