mqrt.dll is a module belonging to the Microsoft Windows Operating System
Recommended to leave running per this.

I just checked my msconfig and it isn't even listed and I have no problems of any kind so I guess it's up to you.

ttodd--Here is another (slightly cryptic) recommendation to let it run
    http://www.greatis.com/appdata/a/r/r...20mqrt.dll.htm
However, you could always turn it off in msconfig (by unchecking the box to the left|Apply) and see what happens. It is easy to go back into msconfig and recheck the box.
I cannot say I am very expert on this, but it is curious that you need to register this .dll every boot.

I see no reason for registering any dll, every time computer starts.
regsvr32 command is usually run once.

Just Think a little bit ?
Why Microsoft start a "process" by Startup menu
normally it's inside services and sofwares.

Remove that into your Startup Menu and the day you have trouble try to active it again ?

    But you will see
    is just a crapT!
