Resolved [RESOLVED] ease of access centre

My wife got a new Dell laptop a couple of weeks ago (W7) and all has been fine until today. All the Dell crap is off and it's well protected by the suggested 'tools' from here.
All that she can remember changing today was an update from adobe? But now there is an 'ease of access centre' icon on the desktop before you log in.

If you open it only the cancel button is highlighted but it won't. Right click gives no options. If you ignore the window that pops up and just click on the user icon it loads up everything fine and all is well.... except if I then try and access it via the control panel, it stops responding and windows explorer stops working.

    Any thoughts?

I think this would be a good occasion to run System Restore.

    Thanks for both of those.

System restore didn't do anything but the one from Welshjim has solved the problem thanks.
