Resolved [RESOLVED] Cursor disappears under Outlook or dialog box

I'm trying to set up my computer for second user. Currently I have Outlook open and was setting this up for the appropriate pop3 email account. Then a dialog box appeared. I find that I can't close the dialog box or continue doing anything to finish setting up this account as my cursor disappears under the window whenever I touch that window. I do see the cursor against the wallpaper. Thankfully all works fine when I switch user accounts back to my own. There has a be a simple setting change for this problem, but I just can't find it. I have no idea what I did to cause it.

After giving up and going and doing something else for a few hours, I tried again and the cursor was back. I have no more idea what I might have done to get it to return than what caused it to disappear for half an hour or so. Spooks!
