Han,
Wow! PDF XChange Viewer is incredible. So many more features than Foxit. Can play for hours!
Many thanks,
Rex

Yeah, I have found it to be much better too. At work (and at home), we (I) bought the paid version of the viewer. It's absolutely awesome at editing PDFs. The easiest user interface I've probably ever ran into.

Foxit allows a some editing but the free versions PDF CChange allow even more. Certainly more than I need.
Being able to annotate pdf file is bonus that I am finding very useful. The free version will do more than I ever need.

This is an old thread but I will provide better advice. Located in the Program Files\askbardis folder is an uninstall executable file which will cleanly remove askbardis.
Foxit Reader should be custom installed so that the ask toolbar option is disabled.
I recommend always choosing the custom option when installing software in order to opt out of undesirable add ons.

Thanks for your reply. I have solved the issue by replacing Foxit with PDF-XChange which offers more editing of PDF file options.

As of version 2.0.47, PDF XChange Viewer now offers the Ask Toolbar as a pre-checked option during installation. Be VERY careful to uncheck it before continuing the installation!!!

Thanks for that. I am using 2.0.44. Have not upgraded because at the moment, I see no reason. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
