Move Outlook 2003 Data from Old Drive to New

I have WIN 7 RC on my laptop. The RC has expired and I am forced to do a Clean Install. I have a full version of WIN 7 Ultimate and have loaded WIN 7 on a 2nd Hardrive. It is my boot drive and my drive with RC is a second drive (Drive E)

I have loaded Microsoft Office 2003 on the new drive. I can't figure out how to move my Outlook data into the new drive. I need to move Email files and folders. Contacts, Calender, Account settings.

I can move the drive with RC back as my boot drive if needed, The RC still works but shuts down every 2 hours. Don't remember how long that will last before the RC shuts down for good.

I am sure that an upgrade install from the RC is not possible. If I am wrong about that things would be much easier. Am I wrong?
This thing has more bugs than a big city flop house.

Most of the data for your Outlook is stored in a .pst file. You need to move that file or files, and possibly any .ost files as well.
